What sets our cakes apart is not just the softness, but the way they melt in your mouth —thanks to our luxuriously smooth white chocolate buttercream or dark chocolate buttercream made from real white chocolate or dark chocolate and pasteurized organic egg whites. Hi, I’m Daisy. I was trained at the California Culinary Academy and have spent the past 25 years designing cakes—but to me, taste has always come first.
A beautiful cake may turn heads, but a truly delicious one makes memories.
My goal is to create cakes that people crave—not just for how they look, but for how they taste. From light, fluffy chiffon layers to rich, balanced flavors, every detail is thoughtfully crafted to make each bite worth savoring. Because a cake should never just be a centerpiece—it should be the best thing you’ve eaten all day.
